Ultrasonic-assisted liposuction (UAL) has been around since 1987 and....it is the most advanced form of liposuction currently available.
This approach has been practised in Europe and South America for a number of years. It was brought to the UK by Maurizio and Roberto Viel from the London Centre of Aesthetic Surgery in 1992.
