"In 1990, Maurizio established the London Centre for Aesthetic Surgery, offering a full range of cosmetic surgery procedures, including facial rejuvenation techniques, nose and ear corrections, breast remodelling:abdonminoplasty;liposculpture, lipofixing and penoplasty.
The Viels pioneered both ultrasound liposculpture and penoplasty and were the first to introduce ultrasound assisted liposculpture into the UK. The London Centre for Aesthetic Surgery also became the first clinic in Europe to offer penis enlargement - a growth industry if ever there was one.
The brothers continue to pioneer new, improved techniques in these procedures."
